Mitchel is a former pro tennis player who now works as professional tennis instructor and coach. Also an avid yoga practitioner, he recently participated in Ian’s yoga teacher training and is a regular at Ian’s classes. Mitchel is now sharing yogic wisdom regarding mindfulness, relaxation, mental concentration skills and breath awareness with his tennis students. Mitchel acknowledges the importance of the psychological factors involved in coaching youth and aspiring tennis prodigies. The yogic skills Mitchel has seen become a positive factor for improving the quality of his own life, he now can impart with his players.
